Bose SoundLink Around-Ear Wireless Headphones II review: That's a tough question to answer, but Bose is staking its claim on the title with its new SoundLink Around-Ear Wireless Headphone II, which comes in black or white for $280, £240 or AU$379. Bose's earlier over-ear AE2w -- now called the SoundLink [...]

Sony vs. Bose noise-canceling Bluetooth headphones: Which one sounds better? Audiophiliac readers might have noticed I don't cover Bluetooth headphones, mostly because I feel the sound compromises, compared with similarly priced wired headphones, are too great. Sure, I've heard a few passable BT headphones, but the appeal of [...]

That's a tough question to answer, but Bose is staking its claim on the title with its new SoundLink Around-Ear Wireless Headphone II, which comes in black or white for $280, £240 or AU$379. Bose's earlier over-ear AE2w -- now called the SoundLink... As you might expect from a Bose headphone, the SoundLink Around-Ear Wireless Headphone II has a very comfortable fit. While it doesn't look particularly sturdy, Bose says the headphones were tested in its labs to "survive drops, bumps and grabs," and use impact-resistant materials, including "glass-filled nylon and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. By comparison the QC 25 weighs 6. 9 ounces (196g) while the more compact weighs 5. 4 ounces (153g). All these models are at the top of their respective classes as far as comfort goes, and while this.

The SoundLink II have the exact same design and materials as the QuietComfort 25. They're both light (200 g) and sturdy thanks to the use of aluminum and extra-high-quality plastic. The removable ear pads are of similar quality and are made of thick, airy leatherette. The ear cups pivot so that you can wear the headphones more easily around your neck. They're lightweight and provide generally the same wearing experience as the QuietComfort 25. The pressure points are well distributed and the headphones are just as good for large heads as they are for small one (from ear to ear passing over the... we don't really understand why Bose.

Left headphone on Bose AE2 no longer plays sound, and I don't know how to fix it. So I have Bose AE2 headphones. I've had these headphones for around three years, and I've had to purchase a replacement cable recently, as the old cable broke. Thing is, my headphones aren't working properly still; they only play out of the right earphone. [...]

Bose Soundtrue On-Ear headphones are surprisingly stylish with company's signature sound SoundTrue, which replaces the aging AE2 and OE2 lines, seems meant to appeal to that younger, Beats-loving crowd, while still delivering the mature, precise sound that has long defined the Bose brand. I spent quite a bit of time with the SoundTrue On-Ear ... [...]

Bose AE2 vs. Tri-Port/AE1, Comparison and Review

The Bose AE2 is the next generation of Bose's famous Triport line, which was later renamed simply Around Ear, now retroactively referred to as AE1 in light of this new model, the AE2, i.e., Around Ear 2.  Now, before I get to the AE2s (which is in the 5th to the last paragraph, if you want to jump ahead), let me put my views into a wider context. First of all, I have been an obsessive consumer and lover of the Triport/AE1s for about 7 years, so I come at this sympathetically and with high...

Review: Bose Soundtrue On-Ear headphones

That's right: Bose can be hip and styling, too. It's a forgotten fact. The headphone market has increasingly come to be dominated by the likes of Beats by Dre and Skull Candy, companies that are known for quality looks and distinctive sound alike. In 2014, nobody hears what you hear in your headphones, but they do see the brand and color of the cans you wear. That's placed Massachusetts-based Bose in an interesting spot. Once upon a time, the company seemed known for muted, calm stylings,...

ET Review: Bose AE2w

NEW DELHI: Audiophiles don't really gravitate towards wireless headsets which also explains Bose's hesitance to offer one. The AE2w is the first Bluetooth headset from Bose and it looks very similar to the AE2 & AE2i wired headsets. Like the wired models, this does not have active noise cancelling. However, the design & fit ensure that a large portion of ambient sound is effectively reduced while wearing them. Unlike the usual Bluetooth headphones, this set has a rather large...

Xiberia X K5 Game Player REVIEW: Amazing look, average sound.

Xiberia K5 USB Gaming Headphones will allow you to get into gaming without breaking the bank.I have been a fan of video games for as far back as I can remember, starting with the original NES.  I steadily progressed through the home and portable consoles and dabbled in PC gaming.  Some of my fondest memories, as a youth, were spent interacting with my father, while he played PC games.  My favorite memories are of Kings Quest VI and the logic/mythological style gameplay....
