Bij de V-Moda zit dit meer dan goed. Zodra je je favoriete tune aanzet, word je omringd door een sterk en warm geluid. Vooral het basgeluid is [...]

V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless review: My new favorite headphones The Crossfade 2 Wireless are the company's flagship Bluetooth headphone, modeled after its popular Crossfade M-100 wired model released a couple years back. V-Moda's Crossfade II are the all-around headphones I didn't know I'd like, but with a catch V-Moda has been making audio hardware since 2004, but the Crossfade II is only their second over-ear Bluetooth pair. It maintains the staple traits of V-Moda audio gear: nice build quality, hexagonal ear cup design and a balanced, but deep and powerful [...]

, which earned a CNET's Editors' Choice Award back in 2012. On the surface at least, the Crossfade Wireless looks nearly identical to the Crossfade M-100, but some changes had to be made to accommodate the rechargeable battery -- it's not user... That battery delivers 12 hours of battery life, which is pretty decent for a wireless headphone. That's because the Crossfade Wireless is designed to work unpowered as an analog headphone (when you plug the included cable in, the headphone automatically turns off) and sound as good as the standard M-100, perhaps even slightly better thanks to... In terms of extra features, the headphone doesn't have dual microphones, so you can hear your voice inside the headphone when you're talking to someone on your phone, but V-Moda says the single microphone is very high quality.
On a near-daily basis, I have to significantly lower the volume of a show, movie, or game in order to not affect those around me. My wife and I work at home, we home-school, and we all share an office. I’ve been looking for a game-changer for years, and I’ve finally put my hands on one: The Crossfade M-100 by V-MODA. The best example of this is the Kevlar-protected audio cable. Why would I need military grade protection for my audio cable. I’m used to babying my rubber cables, keeping a stash of Sugru at the ready, in case of reparable damage. The first time I accidentally closed the cable in a drawer, thought “welp, that’s that – Sugru isn’t going to stick to fabric.

In December, I got a chance to try V-Moda’s $210 XS headphones, which are petite and portable but ultimately imperfect. V-Moda's $299 Crossfade M-100 headphones look like a slightly larger version of those headphones, but they are vastly different — in a good way.Dave Smith/Business InsiderThe strengths of the Crossfade M-100s are the weaknesses of the XS headphones: The latter, smaller product didn’t offer enough balance sitting on one’s head, or even just playing music — the bass was given...
It’s been almost two years since V-Moda introduced the extremely popular Crossfade M-100. Boiled in a cauldron of seemingly opposing flavors, the M-100’s unique mix of characteristics is what makes them stand out. The design mashes sleek Italian styling with an extremely rugged build, while the sound blends bombastic bass with stark clarity, creating a winning combination that’s equal parts beauty, brawn, bass, and brilliance.V-Moda’s engineers must be huge Paul McCartney fans. The musical...
