Unless you’ve been living under a rock these past few years, you likely own smartphone that’s perfectly capable of downloading, storing and playing high quality music, as well as performing other functions. So first things first. But after you listen to Fiio’s audio quality, you’ll likely want one anyway. Someone who cares deeply about their music, who wants the utmost purity of tone, and who doesn’t mind spending a cool Rs 49,999 for an added device they’ll have to carry around. The Fiio X7 does have its pros however, and they’re worth consideration. For one thing, all of that storage space, courtesy a built-in micro SD card reader, can be utilised for music, instead of being bogged down with other things like in your smartphone. The flagship Fiio X7 is the company’s first Android-based audio player, complete with a customisable music player app.
That’s where something like FiiO’s M3 portable digital audio player comes in. This is ultra small – measuring 74mm x 39. 7 mm x 9. 1mm and weighing in at just 40 grams. The M3 (provided for review by Headphone Zone) has impressive specs – capable of driving headphones with impedances ranging from 16 ohms to 100 ohms, 8 GB of internal storage, a micro-SD card slot with support for up to 64 GB of additional... It was very easy to fill the M3’s internal storage with 24bit/96 kHz FLAC files after hooking it up to my PC. I then hit play and. That made me take a deep dive into the M3’s manual on FiiO’s website, where I found out that the handy little player only supports FLAC and APE up to 16bit/48kHz.

FiiO M3 DAP review - Tiny and powerful The world of high-end DAPs is an expensive one, with few options available for users on a budget. FiiO already has a relatively cheap, small-ish player, the X1, but recently they prepared an even more lightweight model, that being the M3. With a price ... [...]
Review:Fiio D03K Taishan Digital to Analog Converter By Guido Gabriele ● 5 days ago There's a company out there called "Problem Solvers;" unless you're into working on bicycles, you've probably never heard of them. They sell adapters, screws, mounts, spacers, and other little bits for bicycle maintenance and other DIY projects. None of their products are particularly glamorous, but they're indispensable when you need them. In some ways, we think of Fiio as the "problem solvers" of audio,...

Review:Fiio F9 Pro In-Ear Headphones By Guido Gabriele ● Thursday, January 11, 2018 This year, we've reviewed samples from most of Fiio's broad product offering — DACs, amplifiers, and dedicated audio players. The company has almost always had a small selection of in-ear monitors on offer as well, but those IEMs have never been what Fiio is really known for. That's about to change; Fiio has introduced a new line of IEMs — the F series — that show Fiio's commitment to becoming a real...

Der MP3-Player-Bilder-Thread beweist, dass aber auch tragbare Multimedia-Geräte zur Grundausstattung vieler PC-Fans gehör(t)en.
