Review V-Moda Crossfade M-100: Krachtig design met ijzersterke bas [Winactie!] Design en comfort zijn belangrijk, maar uiteindelijk draait het bij headphones vooral om het geluid. V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless review: My new favorite headphones V-Moda isn't a particularly well-known brand, but it's been around for just over a decade. The company, like many others in the space, began building earbuds and cheap headphones to replace lost Apple EarPods and other cheap in-box headphones, but [...]
V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless review: The Good The sturdily built, well-designed V-Moda Crossfade 2 Wireless delivers better battery life and improved sound over its predecessor, with more sculpted bass and better detail. The new larger earpads provide a more comfortable fit. And the [...]
It’s been almost two years since V-Moda introduced the extremely popular Crossfade M-100. Boiled in a cauldron of seemingly opposing flavors, the M-100’s unique mix of characteristics is what makes them stand out. The design mashes sleek Italian styling with an extremely rugged build, while the sound blends bombastic bass with stark clarity, creating a winning combination that’s equal parts beauty, brawn, bass, and brilliance. Not wanting to mess with success, V-Moda crafted the Crossfade with the same drivers and styling as the M-100, for a seamless transition from wired to wireless. The result isn’t the second coming of the M-100 we’d hoped for, but the Crossfade Wireless still emerge as a smart, bass-forward set of cans that should make some real noise in the wireless world.

In December, I got a chance to try V-Moda’s $210 XS headphones, which are petite and portable but ultimately imperfect. V-Moda's $299 Crossfade M-100 headphones look like a slightly larger version of those headphones, but they are vastly different — in a good way.Dave Smith/Business InsiderThe strengths of the Crossfade M-100s are the weaknesses of the XS headphones: The latter, smaller product didn’t offer enough balance sitting on one’s head, or even just playing music — the bass was given...
